February is Love of Reading Month!

In celebration of  Love of Reading Month, two of our community partners are holding children’s book drives! Mostly Books and Studio 37 Nail Lounge are collecting new and gently-used children’s books during the month of February.

“We’re very excited to do a book drive for Literacy Connects because of all the good they are doing, teaching kids and adults to read,” said Danielle De Santis, cosmetologist and co-owner at Studio 37 Nail Lounge.

Every one of the books donated will go to a child in need in our community. Last fiscal year Literacy Connects collected, cleaned, and distributed 97,374 books to the children and adults in Tucson who need them most!

Help us by donating your new, gently used books, or you can also donate your Bookman’s credit.
