At Literacy Connects, there lives a Storyteller in the guise of theatre company known as Stories that Soar! This company, comprised of multi-talented adult performers, invites young people to let their imaginations run wild and write on topics of their choosing. The troupe selects stories to bring to the stage through live theatre productions, each time witnessing the transformative power of stories and art.
On November 21st, these unique storytellers will be attempting incredible feats of imagination as they take their audience on a sensory rich journey performing stories written by students from the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and Blind.
Please join Literacy Connects, Arizona Blind and Deaf Children’s Foundation and Pima County District 5 at the Berger Performing Arts Center for this entertaining, fully accessible and enlightening production. Appropriate for all ages.
