We are looking forward to an evening of meeting new friends and catching up with old ones, celebrating our amazing tutors who are assisting our adult students with tremendous transformations to their lives, mingling with people of like minds and reveling in the differences that make us all better.
There will be a recognition program at 6 pm. We’ll also be thanking the Thomas R. Brown Family Foundation for the incredible gift they bestowed on Literacy Connects that has enabled us to both repave our parking lot and renovate three classrooms. Our site at 200 E. Yavapai holds great promise to help uplift the neighborhood and provide a safe haven for students of all ages to learn, grow and share their experiences with each other and the wider Tucson community.
