What kinds of stories does the Magic Box like to eat?
The Magic Box likes all kinds of stories- stories about something that really happened, something you wish would happen or something that could never happen! This is writing for fun. And it’s fun because you can write about anything you want. You can draw pictures, write poems, comics, anything at all!
Is it okay if spelling and grammar isn’t perfect?
We are all working on spelling, so don’t worry about that at all. Magic Box likes stories with good ideas, interesting characters and plenty of details. It also likes poems because poetry words are super yummy! Magic Box loves stories that make it feel different emotions.
What if someone wants to write a story in Spanish or another language?
Magic Box has friends from all over the world and they write in all different languages.
How many stories can I write?
You can write as many stories as you want! If your ideas are bigger than your ability to write them down, you can get someone to help you. Just remember that if you get a teacher, a friend or a family member to help you write it down, make sure the ideas are your own. No borrowing stories that have already been written, that’s plagiarism.
