Why are local youth writing so many stories? The Magic Box is hungry, of course! This year Literacy Connects’ Magic Box traveled around 
Pima County asking children to stuff it full of stories from their imaginations and personal experiences. And stuff it they did!
Now it’s time for the Stories that Soar! professional acting ensemble to showcase the most innovative stories and theatrical adaptations at the Best of Stories that Soar! season celebration. So, if you are wondering where you can you find a stretchy superhero and a pregnant princess alongside 10 mysterious dots and a Poe-inspired villain, look no further.
Best of Stories that Soar! will be held on Sunday, May 15th at the Berger Performing Arts Center. This family friendly event is comprised of two completely different shows and interactive mid-show festivities. Youth can enter our online writing contest to win free tickets.
