Annual ELAA Calendar

ELAA classes are available year-round. Classes take place on a session schedule, with four class sessions per year. Both students and volunteers may request to change to a different class time or level at the start of a new session.

Fall: Late September- Mid November (ending before Thanksgiving)

Winter: Mid January (after the MLK holiday)- Mid March

Spring: Late March (after Spring Break) - Mid May

Summer: June - July

All dates are subject to change. Please reach out to an ELAA staff member if you are in need of exact start or end dates.

ELAA Online Class Schedule

Remote Zoom classes are 60-90 minutes long. All classes take place twice a week on weekdays only. Start and end dates for the current class session can be found here.

Morning: 9:30 - 10:30 AM

Afternoon: 12:00 - 1:00 PM

Evening: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

ELAA In-Person Class Schedule

In-person classes are 1.5-2 hours long. All class take place twice a week on weekdays only. The exact times for in-person classes are determined by the individual locations and will vary. The schedule (and list of locations) for the current class session can be found here.
