Every volunteer needs to have some form of fingerprint clearance regardless of previous or current employment/volunteer positions. Most school districts accept state issued Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level One or IVP). If you possess one, we will scan it at Day 1 of New Coach Training. Amphi and Flowing Wells volunteers must also schedule an appointment with their district fingerprint contact. We do not keep fingerprint information on file at Reading Seed nor do we issue state issued clearance cards. A clearance card is not required to volunteer.
How we handle your fingerprint clearance depends on the school district for which you want to volunteer. See the table below.
|Amphitheater School District and Flowing Wells School District||Sunnyside School District and Tucson Unified School District|
For more information about the Fingerprint Clearance Card, please vist the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s Website here.
