LVT volunteers and donors help change the lives of almost 2,000 people in Tucson each year. The majority of LVT students make significant progress toward goals such as learning to read, obtaining a driver’s license, earning a GED diploma, or finding a job. Here a just a few of our many success stories. Bravo to these LVT adult learners for their courage and effort!

Christine is from Uganda. She’s getting help at LVT so she can get a GED to get a job and help her children in school.

Sergio was in a car accident a couple of years ago and lost his job. When he started at LVT, his test scores were elementary level. Now he’s at Pima College.
