All incoming Basic Literacy students have an interview with one of our wonderful volunteer interviewers. The interview takes between 1 and 2 hours. It is not a test. We simply want to get to know who you are and what your goals and skills are so that we can tailor our instruction to your needs.

We have interviews on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday late morning and early afternoon, and Thursday afternoons every week. After your interview, you will be matched with various learning opportunities that best suit your needs and abilities. You will begin your tutoring in a Tutoring Center that same week.  For more information on the services available, click here.
